Whilst the website lies at the heart of the service, producers will also receive a regular newsletter, likely to be paper based, interspersed with more regular e-mails to notify them of updates. Seminars and workshops in conjunction with partners and collaborators, telephone alerts, text messaging and podcasts will be explored in the future.

Information and data to fuel the service will be sourced firstly from The Organic Research Centre’s own material and contacts; from partners and collaborators (in particular to add dissemination value to Defra funded projects and initiatives); from both commercial and not-for-profit organisations who wish to disseminate information and the wider public domain both at home and abroad.
